III. Information Collection and Use
For certain transactions, the Company requests individually identifiable information from its users. For example, information requests, registration for Services, participation in questionnaires or contributions, etc. This information may include, but is not limited to the following: first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, username, password, time zone, employment title and company information, credit card information or other payment information, credit history information, tax identification number, agent/agency carrier appointment information, and agent/agency licensing information, reseller identification number, and other information that you voluntarily transmit with your communication to us.
Additionally, the Company may collect personally identifiable information about users that users provide to the Company when users contact the Company or that users voluntarily post in blogs, chat rooms, forums, and message boards available from the Websites. Other users will be able to see any information that users post to such blogs, chat rooms, forums, and message boards and the Company is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. Company also may collect the foregoing personally identifiable information about users from our third party affiliates, partners, and agents, which include but are not limited to third party software providers, insurance carriers, financial institutions, data providers, and marketing and advertising companies that provide the Company with such information as a part of their relationship with the Company (collectively, “Third Party Affiliates”). The Company also may collect information about users, the data users upload to the Websites and/or Services and general use of the Websites and Services.
The Company may utilize user’s personallyidentifiable information to register user to use the Services and/or certain sections of the Websites, contact user to deliver certain products, services or information such as a newsletter user has requested, verify user’s authority to enter the Websites, verify user’s authority to use the Services, improve the content and general administration of the Websites and the Services, provide user with notices regarding Services that user has purchased or may wish to purchase in the future, facilitate user ratings and confirm user identity, internal business analysis, and for targeted advertising.
The Company may post user testimonials on the Websites which may contain personally identifiable information such as the user’s name and location. The Company will obtain user’s consent before posting the testimonial and any personally identifiable information included therein.
IV. Use of Information Collected

This section describes the types of website navigational information the Company may collect and how the Company may use this information. You may opt out of certain website navigational and tracking practices by us and our Third Party Affiliates by following the procedures described in the “Communications and Opt Out Preferences” section.

b. Web Beacons
The Company uses web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about your usage of the Websites and interaction with emails from us. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the web beacon, and a description of a website tied to the web beacon. For example, the Company may place web beacons in marketing emails that notify us when you click on a link in the email that directs you to the Websites. When you visit the Websites, the Company collects your Internet protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personally identifiable information. For example, the Company uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which visitors navigate the Websites. The Company may also collect IP addresses from individuals when they log into the Services as part of the Company’s security features.
VI. Sharing of Information Collected
The Company may share personally identifiable information and website navigational information with our Third Party Affiliates so that our Third Party Affiliates can contact users who have provided contact information. The Company may also share personally identifiable information and website navigational information with our Third Party Affiliates to ensure the quality of information provided. From time to time, the Company may share your personally identifiable information with Third Party Affiliates, such as, but not limited to insurance carriers and financial product advisors, for their promotional and marketing purposes. The Company may transfer a user’s personally identifiable information and website navigational information to a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which the Company participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of the Company’s assets to which the Websites relate. In addition, the Company may also disclose user’s personally identifiable information and website navigational information to parent, subsidiary and affiliate entities within the Company’s corporate family.
The Company uses third-party intermediaries to manage credit card processing. Our intermediaries are not permitted to store, retain, or use billing information except for their business practices relating to credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.
The Company reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information of users if required by law or if we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
VII. Communications and Opt Out Preferences
The Company offers users who provide contact information a means to choose how we use the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing communications by calling the Company, sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org,or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the Company’s marketing emails.
Users cannot opt out of receiving transactional communications related to their account with the Company, the Websites or the Service.
VIII. Updating and Retention of Your Information
The Company provides you with the ability to review and update your personal identifiable information that you provide to the Company by accessing and modifying this information in your account or by contacting the Company (as set forth in the “Contacting Us” section). To discontinue your account and have your personal identifiable information you maintained returned to you, contact the Company (as set forth in the “Contact Us” section). Requests to access, change, or delete your information (to the extent Company polices provide) will be handled within 30 days. In the event your Account is deleted, the Company may retain your personal identifiable information for purposes such as, but not limited to complying with business records retention procedures and legal, administrative, or other rules and regulations.

a. Company Security Practices
The Company uses robust security measures to protect personally identifiable information and Company Data from unauthorized access and to help ensure the appropriate use of personally identifiable information and Company Data. When the Websites or Services are accessed using Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later, Firefox version 2.0 or later, or Safari version 3.0 or later, Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology protects personally identifiable and Lead Data using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies help ensure that personally identifiable and Company Data is safe, secure, and only available to the user and/or entity to whom the information belongs and those to whom the user and/or entity has granted access. The Company also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and we host the Websites and Services in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
b. User Security Practices
Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account(s) and usernames and passwords for the Websites and Services. User shall notify the Company immediately in writing of any actual or potential unauthorized access to user’s Account(s) the Websites or the Services.

The Websites and Services may contain links to other websites. The Company is not responsible for the information practices or the content of such other websites. The Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of other websites to understand their information practices. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Company of that website.
XII. Children’s Privacy
The Websites and Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. The Company does not target our Services or the Websites to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Only users that are at least 18 years of age may use the Websites and Services.
